I left corporate life after identifying a need for affordable, high-quality professional consulting services for industrial facility management, healthcare facility management, property managers, building owners, business owners, HVAC and restoration contractors, as well as homeowners. I offer reasonable fees and quick, reliable responsiveness.
Beginning small in Charleston, by offering weekend appointments with no added fees, and a sincere empathy for my clients who were dealing with problems that were beyond their expertise or that others in the field of work had been unable to solve, we have been growing our business throughout coastal Carolina, the adjacent counties, coastal Georgia, and now northern Florida!

We offer a wide range of safety and environmental consulting. Mold and moisture observations and sampling are a big part of our work. Bioaerosol sampling for mold is a very common sampling method we offer to verify air quality and surface contamination related to mold.
We offer infrared Imaging (IR) and moisture meter sampling to assess possible water intrusion that can lead to mold growth.
We offer a wide range of safety and environmental consulting. Odors can be related to volatile organic compounds (VOCs) issues, which we are more than qualified to perform this analysis. Bulk VOC readings for instantaneous results using a RAE MiniRAE 3000 roaming handheld device or gas chromatography analysis with an in-depth gas panel (method TO-15).
We use the surface testing method, adenosine triphosphate (ATP) sampling, to detect bacteria such as E. coli or Coliforms on surface samples, to verify the presence of foodborne bacteria, sewage, and to determine a water loss category is a (Cat 1, 2, or 3)
We perform noise surveys up to 6 zones with one roaming. We document all the chatter and racket. Complete with the OSHA complaint report and data.
Sampling for silica, Hex Chrome, nuisance dust, fibers, particulate matter 10um to 0.3um, and various gases including (CO, CO2, H2S, CH4)
